Catherine, one again your eye has captured and isolated a mood that many of us would not have seen! Bravo!
Nitpicking: you might crop a little on the right side including taking out the dead tree. It would also make the walkway a little less centered. |

Ling Ling, your getting up at 3:30 am to capture Mt Fuji really worked and your composition is very artistic with the reflection of the mountain and the walkway leading into the reflection and mountain.
Andrew, Janice, and Don have good ideas for post processing. |

Janice, I like the horse image and that it is not centered but it could be darkened a little.
Andrew and Don have very good suggestions. |

Don, your black and white rendition is spectacular and far exceeds the original colored rendition.
The others above have wonderful suggestions. I think you will be able to pet a turtle as they travel at something less than rocket speed. |

Julie, you finished the year with a memorable image! I am partial to curving lines so of course I like this. The curving ceiling and supports lead one's eyes throughout and the rectangular light panels provide an interesting variation-contrast. I could spend hours gazing at this image. And yes the man provides perspective and human interest. Great capture on your part! |

Andrew, the human interest is there, the supporting locale information is there, everything is sharp and clear. I think you did a magnificent job.
Janice has some nice ideas but what you did is fine. |
