Karen, you are correct, I did lighten it up too much and the dog and handler are the subject, not the backgroud, |

Karen, your imagination runs over! I would never be able to come up with this whimsical creation. And my black lab wouldn't put up with it but maybe the eyelashes and ear rings came in post processing. The background fits in. Nice work.
I have two knee replacements - be patient, the pain goes away. Close to 10 years and no recurring pain. |

Curtis, great composition and post processing! The tulips and tractor have great snap. Would it help to crop two or three rows out of the foreground? |

Jamie, what wonderful opportunities you have at your family place! I like that the bear is not centered and has room to walk into the image. Keep your camera handy and perhaps the next time he will be looking at you.
Karen has an interesting version. |

Bai, i like the balance and flow of this final image. The arched bridge and elevated roadways are a nice counterpoint to the buildings. Nice postprocessing!
Prakhar has some interesting suggestions. |

Prakhar, nice capture of this historic site! I wonder if increasing the contrast would be helpful. The fisheye curves add an artistic touch. |

I like the cropping, clouds, vibrance, and contrast of this onetime dependable workhorse tool. I have no suggestions. Nice work!
Karen's suggestion is a nice variation but loses, to me, the implication of stark worn out machinery. I would say the same for Prakhar's comments. Ah, personal taste varies. |

Hi Prakhar,
Thanks for the comments. I do read my manual for group and tracking focus. This image I chose because I thought the wind blowing the dog's fur provided an indication of motion. |
