40 Apr 25 Comment Nice colourful picture - it really means spring is here. Maybe also darken the pale leaves on the top left hand corner edge which tends to catch the eye. Apr 20th
40 Apr 25 Comment Nice sun's rays but I think the foreground is too dark and the church is lost, I would be tempted to lighten that quite considerably, which would also emphasise the black sky. Apr 20th
40 Apr 25 Comment Nice work straightening this up. I think it's better in monochrome. The shadows in the foreground look menacing. The stopcock on the top LHS really makes the edge stand out. Interesting exercise, worth going back for more if you can get permission. Apr 20th
40 Apr 25 Comment Great flower buds in the middle and RHS but I am less enchanted by the leaves/flowers on LHS which for me probably would be better cloned out. The flowers at the bottom are just going out of focus too. Apr 20th
40 Apr 25 Comment A very striking picture but I agree with Don that the building, trees and fence appear to be tilted. I don't know if this is due to a very wideangle lens or something else. Otherwise a nice shot. Apr 20th
