The file you sent in was only 90kB it so could be a lot larger.
The image has a pleasant range of colours - nicely captured and processed. As well as removing the spit of land on the right, there is a strip of water in the right foreground and also on the left hand side which tend to grab the eye. I would be tempted to look at cloning them out. |

Thanks for your comments it would have been better to see some of her face but I didn't capture that and I am not going back. It adds to the mystery although no judge is going to like it.
I like Don's treatment. |

Real good action, I like the way you have one foot just off the ground. I think the blurring of the background is good. There is white spot on the left hand side which could be cloned out. Or perhaps crop the left hand side up to the black square at the top left. I also wondered about lightening a touch. it all looks a bit dark. But a great atmospheric shot. |

Just shows the importance of taking the picture in the first place, you might never come back or the scene might change as happened here. There are several possible edits, here all good and whilst I like Julie's I think your second version is very strong. I like the tiny spots of red. The wheel and girder is nice and sharp. As usual your treatment is excellent. |

Yes there is an overall softness which I don't like to be honest. 30s is a very long time I wondered if the tripod had moved a touch/ Not so fond on the greenery on the left hand side = perhaps to crop off some and concentrate more on the little waterfall. Just an idea. |

Well captured and sharp. Catch light in the eye. Attractive image. Good that the bird has tuned its head round looking at you. |
