Neat work. My only comment is I don't much like the border but that's me. |

Overall interesting treatment. It might work even better if she was looking at the camera. I agree with some of the other comments - she needs some shadow on the area round her feet and perhaps remove some of the ceiling. |

I like the idea, most of which is OK. I don't like the pale area on the bottom right hand side and at the bottom and wonder if it would work better to crop some off the RHS and the bottom of the picture to minimise this. The light area catches my eye too much. |

Thanks. I agree about titling, here I just quickly took something from the boat's name. |

Great effect, I think the colour change and textures work very well. I don't mind the lupins in the front, perhaps crop some off the right hand side to make more of a 4x5 format. |

Nice background and well done planting the birds on top of it. You've put a lot of work into this, Mike. My only comment (sorry for lateness) is whether the view of the bridge at the bottom could be straight across like the top of the rails - I find this a bit disturbing. |

Yes, my version does look a bit pale, I think your added vibrance improves it - thanks. |

You have caught the interaction between the two horses very well - makes it an emotional picture. I agree with the others about toning down the white bar behind and losing the white mark behind the eye. |

Nicely seen and appropriate treatment, I like the way the rocks in the foreground are sharp enough which contrasts with the moving water. Only suggestion would be to darken the highlights a touch. |

The treatment has lost all the detail in the forest. I'm not sure if that is what you intended. If you were going for an abstraction effect I suggest also losing details in the mountains and clouds.
I took the liberty of tweaking it a little bit in LR: straightened the shore line (not sure if that is right), also changed to the 3:8 letterbox format which Andy Hayes made me aware of. Then lightened the shadows a touch. What do you think? |

Well seen and captured. My only suggestion would be to lighten by about half a stop. |

Nice capture, you've not just got the flute player but his entranced audience. I took the liberty of playing with the image, zoomed in on the subjects by cropping the speedboat out, some of the right hand side and a bit of sky. Could also tidy up the foreground perhaps. Then lightened the shadow bits and darkened the highlights. You may disagree of course. |
