2 May 21 Comment Good shot. I thought this is an interesting picture. The cyclist is positioned just right and lifts everything. I think the new sky (later in the discussion) in an improvement on version 1 which doesn't quite look true to me - I don't know why.
My only suggestion would be to try and lighten the shadow areas, maybe worthwhile considering to re-visit with a different sun position if that is possible.

40 May 21 Comment Nice scene. I think the handle of the saw is a bit bright and could be toned down.
To me this is a picture in two halves (right and left) and rather busy. It's OK but I would be tempted to make two pictures left: saw and skates and right: typewriter and dressmakers dummy. But that's me. 		May 19th

40 May 21 Comment It's a nice sky. The lighting is a bit flat though. What strikes me is the amount of empty space in the photo - I don't know if that was the intention - "the lonely sea and the sky" but this image doesn't really grab me.
I wonder whether a different viewpoint (if that is possible) from upstairs and including more of the foreground, avoiding the tree cutting through the horizon like it does might be better. Just a thought. But Larry's comment about a longer lens is also valid. 		May 12th
40 May 21 Comment I think you've captures the plane very well, it's nice and sharp. Always good to capture a subject like this when you get the chance. Nice diagonal positioning in the frame too. I appreciate you may not have had much time but if the shutter speed has been more like 1/250th sec. the prop would have been blurred and given a better feel of speed. May 12th
