Maybe, there only way is to give it a try.
This is really nit-picking but on second viewing (with my new reading glasses!) I see there are a few dark spots on original 2 which might be better cloned out. Not a show stopper.
Hope this helps. |

It's certainly Christmassy, but I feel it could really do with something extra to lift it like a bit of red ribbon or a red flower included in the wreath. |

I really like this - super effect. I'm with Ian about the border though, but that's a matter for personal preference. |

Yes the knotted pencil shavings are different and I like the star effect - works well. The background pencil is a bit soft, I think I would have liked the pencil a bit sharper but appreciate that may be impossible in macro. |

You've certainly enhanced the colours, a much more attractive picture. |

Bai, do you need to have a sensor clean? I think there is something in the sky (easy to clone out, of course) |

Yes, you are right, not off the bottom.
Hope you got a sample! |

Made me laugh. Well done. Only criticism is that it needs a few shadows underneath on the ground to add realism. |

Lovely winter scene. Maybe a little closely cropped at the bottom but overall that's OK. |

Certainly hits the spot with the competition topic. Lovely colours in the centre. Would it be better with a touch taken off the left hand side and bottom, here it's a little dull? |

Nice image, I like the several layers of hills in the distance. I agree with Curtis, better to crop a little off the bottom. Also clone out the grey posts at the bottom left hand side. |

You are right, I do tend to crop too tightly |

Welcome to the group.
Nicely captured image, so much more interesting with dew on the flowers. Nice colours.
I think it would benefit if the flowers were more on a diagonal, perhaps clone out the light area in the top right hand corner and the petal tips at the bottom right.
There are a couple of marks on the left hand flower petals and the centre of the right hand flower which spoil the overall effect. Easy to clone out or maybe even easier to choose perfect flowers to shoot. Is the attached an improvement? |

Good shot, nice and sharp and a good record of what the street was like. But to me, the original is "just" a street scene, begs the question what's the subject? I know I tend to crop too much but to me the attached focuses on the main subject which doesn't really need the rest. This has more impact. One could even remove the figure on the left as well. Of course, there are other crops.
Shooting at f11 also means that everything is in focus - perhaps not ideal as none of the background hasn't been lost. |
