40 Jan 17 Comment Interesting picture (Henry is right - Amsterdam has much going for it). Although the sky is a bit dark you've got some nice detail in there. It would have been so much better earlier in the evening when the sky still had some blue there.
I think actually the red brake lights adds to the effect - good. I suggest picture would be improved if you took a sliver off the left hand side (removing that big block of white) and maybe crop to a lot off the foreground. There is also a big white reflection on the left hand side which doesn't have a corresponding streetlight which I would be tempted to clone out. 		Jan 21st
