Thanks for your observation. The Sun was not exactly behind the birds but to a side and it was a bit hazy morning. These birds were acting or say moving so fast that I had no option other than capturing their action with whatever my set exposure was. ISO was auto to take care of the exposure. You feel the image is underexposed. Hope you will agree with me that exposure is an issue of personal choice, but I do understand over and under exposure. I appreciate your observations.Thank you. |

You have made good effort, but to me the sky is more than required, I would have added a bit more sharpness to the dunes with a little more contrast. To me conversion to B & W is good. |

Nice shot, the leading lines converge together at a point and the nice exposure makes the composition more interesting. |

A nice image where ripples in water add more interest to the beautiful bird. Yes, even in dark colours I see details and the pose of the bird makes it look majestic. Overall impact of the image is excellent. |

Nice composition where you have made good use of leading lines. The people in red make my eyes to stop there for a while and look around. |

Looks a beautiful place, the dark foreground and snow on mountains in the background make the image more interesting. To me the mid-day light is a bit harsh for such an image. The mountains look soft which might be due to such an aperture or the lens is not that sharp. |

Lovely, sharp and nice colours. The bird stands out well and has details. Its good that you have captured the image when the beak was open. Well done. |

Thanks for your comments. Generally I shoot birds at a high shutter speed and in this case it was not below 1/1250 as it was bright sunny morning. |
