Yes, Helen it is a Topaz Effect. The light rays are created by Topaz in their Texture Effects group. I had intensions of doing more but liked the look of this one. |

I love the twirl effect and have done a few versions but never have I put in an image so am dying to try something like this. I like Candy's version too.

Love it, Steve. The find edges is great and you can do a lot with it. I like what it did with the buildings.
Great story about the seagulls. I like the size of the gull and you did a great job of combining so many images to make a story of Whitby.
