I love this image, Helen. The two frames work really well and the lighting is lovely through the petals. The work you did between the two frames is really interesting and works much better than a plain colour. Well done. |

I love your cow, Steve. The texture is great but if you stretched it a bit then the brick piece might be out altogether. (Or maybe you want it in there so forget what I said). It is a great improvement on the original and a great addition is the clouds layer. |

Steve, I wouldn't rush into buying Topaz Studio. I am afraid I did when I was having one of my impulsive days. I wish I had trialed it first. I have only used it once and am trying to get into compositing work so I am concentrating more on PS. |

Georgianne, this is a lovely image and I like the painterly effect. I like the addition of the dog but he does look plonked on the sand and is obviously added later. He needs a shadow to anchor him to the sand. I selected the dog and put it on a new layer and filled it with black. I lowered the opacity to 50% and did a Gaussian Blur of a few pixels. I warped the shadow to the same angle as the umbrella shadow.
