69 Feb 20 Comment Geoffrey, I really feel that this is outstanding. It is nice that the focal point seems to be outlined in black. It does need a little more contrast, and toning down of highlights. I would flip it. Feb 14th
69 Feb 20 Comment Brenda, nice background. Birds that are black with lighter areas are difficult to photograph to preserve the details in the blacks with highlights not overexposed. You have lost detail in your blacks. In my opinion, this is not a good pose for any bird. Ideally the eye(s) should be in the image. Shooting from above always creates problems. Feb 14th

69 Feb 20 Comment Good capture, Mervyn. The scene is nicely cropped. Background blurred enough and not distracting. the green of the background is toned well, not overpowering. I would like to see a little more detail in the shadows and midtones of the animals. Feb 14th
