This is a wonderful image, yet so simple. I think you have inspired us all. Love it. |

Good idea, Helen. Beautiful cloud and sky. I would increase the size of the images and clone a smidge of mist over them. Also decrease the saturation on the images. |

Denise, this is definitely a winner. Mono is perfect. The three children are so cute and well placed. Great job. |

A good idea, Georgianne. I do agree with Steve that the engine seems to be floating. I feel that the flowers are too saturated and overpower the engine. |

Sorry for the loss of your files. We should all probably be more prudent in backing up. Beautiful image, Steve. You have worked it well, and thanks for the details. Love the shadows in the sphere. |

Geoffrey, I really feel that this is outstanding. It is nice that the focal point seems to be outlined in black. It does need a little more contrast, and toning down of highlights. I would flip it. |

Brenda, nice background. Birds that are black with lighter areas are difficult to photograph to preserve the details in the blacks with highlights not overexposed. You have lost detail in your blacks. In my opinion, this is not a good pose for any bird. Ideally the eye(s) should be in the image. Shooting from above always creates problems. |

I think everything has been said. Keep shooting and add a little more thought to what you want to capture. |

Love your swans, Pierre. The second image takes care of the highlights overexposure. Image is nicely cropped, and white on white is nice effect. |

Good capture, Mervyn. The scene is nicely cropped. Background blurred enough and not distracting. the green of the background is toned well, not overpowering. I would like to see a little more detail in the shadows and midtones of the animals. |
