Thanks Jan. Your version improves it. I guess I was using the folk dancer in the bright colours she was wearing, without thinking about the overall image.
The details of the Goth's gown was something to behold - she had it made to her specifications using latex - she's one of a group who come up with something new every year - only 3 weeks to the next weekend! |

You've played with lots of interesting textures to create this fine image.
Your use of blending modes and blur have produced an excellent background for the other elements. The tire blur makes it look stormy.
I thought it could do with some bats: |

Welcome to the group Steve. I really like your first image.
The original still life has been brought to dynamic life with your treatment.
I felt that it needed a little more definition, so I used Redfield Quad Pencil in Soft Light mode, then Nik Viveza to increase the contrast and structure. |

This is an excellent composite. The originals were well taken and well assembled.
Your treatment works well too. The blur and green hue have created an atmospheric image.
I felt that the trident and staff were a little distracting so I darked them usingf the burn tool. |

I think this is excellent. The original image is superb - well done.
The way you've treated it works well. I like the way the black background blends into the page - sometimes using the background like this works very well.
I'd be tempted to include a little more detail where you've cut out the glass - I've used liquify to soften the sharp edges.

I love this. You've worked it so well. The work you've put into this has been so worth the effort.
I like the touch of the double bow. An excellent composition.
I think it's also asking to be a frame, so I've added a Goth. |
