34 Apr 22 Comment This is excellent. Your treatment works really well.
I agree with Jan that the orange line over her face is annoying - I'd be tempted to tone back the whole of that orange streak (easy enough with a layer mask with a low opacity soft brush). Of course that's only my preference. You've produced a superb image. I like the use of Flood and then you've taken it that bit further. Well done.

34 Apr 22 Comment I think this is superb! The effect seems to suggest the village is communicating with other worlds (or maybe I've been reading too much Stephen King!).
I applaud your experimentation with motion blur and the use of the invert command.
You've created an image that could be viewed time and again with different things being noticed each time and different interpretations realised.
Well done.

34 Apr 22 Comment A fine image with a good sentiment. You've worked it well. I agree with Gunter and Jan that the face should be more pronounced.
I like Jan's version where the face can be more readily seen, but maybe that's not what you were trying to project. Your image gives more of the 'spirit' rather than the monument.

34 Apr 22 Comment I really like this. It shouts from the page! Your plan to grab the attention using colour has worked well. I love the pink swrls in the centre, enhanced by the darker colours in the rest of the image. Then the lines and shapes of the image are realised.
I'd have been tempted to have something protruding from the lower central swirl to give a focus point (but that's just my personal preference).
WEll done. An excellent image.

I'm afraid some dead or dying flowers really appeal to me. I think Tulips and Hydrangeas improve with age. Our tulips may be the next candidates for treatmnent (unless the Goth Weekend is a success over the next few days).

34 Apr 22 Comment Your treatment has created an excellent image. The bird now looks really dangerous!
Simple changes, expertly applied. Well done.

A good suggestion - guess I got carried away with the effects again.
