Thanks Candy
I've come to the opinion that one bird of paradise should have been enough. I was trying to make them a frame for the image, but obviously it was a step too far.
And there just aren't enough hours in the day! |

You're right about using the strelitzia twice. I wasn't really happy about it, but that's what comes of leaving things until the last minute! |

Another fine image. I love your treatment and the way you've assembled all the elements. I like the rocks - I think there needs to be something to lead the eye into the image. Excellent!
I like to use Flaming Pear Flood plugin for reflections - there is so much control available so the parts can be manipulated just as I like. Here's an example from donkey's years ago: |

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I like what you've done, but I feel it needs anothere element - something for the bird to be looking at.
I didn't have a worm, so I've added a steampunk. |

I'm in with the concensus that this is an excellent piece of art. I love the colours and the rain effect works so well with it.
The individual images were well seen and collected - I think many of us collect bits for further playing.
I like Jan's version too. This image could be used with all sorts of applications - I've used Redfield Fractalius, just for fun. More extreme than Jan's version, but some people just don't know when to stop! |

Thanks for an excellent image and tutorial. You've produced a wonderful piece of art. The detailed explanation is good too - something to try when there are 25 or more hours in a day!
I really like the effect you've created here. Well done. |

A clever idea and you've worked the individual parts well, but for me it's just that - a collection of individual parts. I prefer to have an image that has a point of focus, whereas yours has so many that my eye wanders (apart from the sun of course).
I'm sorry but it just doesn't work for me. |

Yet again you've given your flower an excellent teatment and produced what I think is a beautiful result.
The colours are very good and the textures obviously worked well to produce the look. The drawn stem is the icing on the cake - it ties the flower to the background so well.
Well done. |

Covid has given us lots of time to tend the garden and the weather has b een good for it too (a bit too good when we look at the trees and hedges - they're my project for the rest of this week!) And yes - the Duvel corner is great to relax and soak in. |
