34 Feb 21 Reply Thanks Wanda.
Sorry about the skulls - we get a lot of Goths round here and they make 'different' portraits which are hard to dismiss.
Thanks for looking in.

34 Feb 21 Reply The bulbs are trying hard - the forecast is for a bit more warmth next week, so maybe they'll start opening up. Just now it's really cold (-22 Deg C, -8 Deg F) we're just not designed for it! Feb 11th
34 Feb 21 Comment You've got my image of the month again! Thanks for putting a smile on my face - it happened as soon as I saw it!
I think the composition is faultless. Your working of the various parts is superb.
I particularly like the farmhouse conversion (You could go into business!) and the quirky goose.
I'm getting a bit fed up of the snow around here just now - I'm not built for shovelling the stuff and it's so cold and wet. I reckon the goose needs re-educating to get away from it. But the snow effect and the white vignette are fine touches for your image.
Well done on creating another masterpiece.

34 Feb 21 Comment A very pleasing image. The oil paint and Topaz filters have really enhanced it.
The gazanias seem to be in conversation in a dream meadow.
I love it!

34 Feb 21 Comment As Lori says, it's a fun image. You've put a lot of work into it - the work on rebuilding the cape is impressive.
My only criticism is the light direction on the fairies, which comes from the left for the left fairy and from the right on the other, which makes it slightly unbalanced.
Love the fungi!

34 Feb 21 Comment A good ide to merge the different views, but I'm afraid it doesn't work for me.
The different grasses have such different shades of green that they make the image look 'banded'. For me there are four distinct bands.
I've tried blending the greens using selective color, which removed some of the banding, but then it looked like a background waiting for a focal point, so I added the heron.
A good idea but I think it needs more work.

34 Feb 21 Comment Well thought out and processed. Anothyer image to make us think.
Thanks for posting the how to in general info.

34 Feb 21 Comment Well done - it's wonderful that Photoshop can make dreams come true. Sheep can be fickle things! I hope Taylor is happy to be with them at last.
I feel that Taylor looks a bit pasted in, so I've tried adding a bokeh texture from Topaz Studio 2, and used a layer mask to bring her back into the frame a bit.

34 Feb 21 Reply Thanks for your kind words. It gets quite easy with time.
Look out for the new 'Introduction to Photoshop' PSA course which will be launching very soon - it may help you with layering.
Thanks for looking in.
