I'd recommend the Flaming Pear plugin.
The ripples were done very quickly - if I'd had more time I'd have made them more consistent across the image. I had to use three different horizons for the various parts of the image, but with time they can be blended to make it work.

Love it!! I like the blurred background to - it makes it look more like an actual photograph. The colouring is perfect - the feel of a comfortable, warm restaurant.
You did well with the steam effect - it could also have been done using Corel Painter Particle Shop, but that's probably cheating a bit!
Thanks again for an excellent, fun image. |

Well done Helen. It will have been a lot more work than choosing a cyanotype preset from Topaz BW Effects, but I'm sure it'll have been a lot more satisfying! Thanks for your image.
I hope you get your computer problems sorted soon - there seems to have been a spate of them lately. Hang in there! |

Thanks for giving us this image in such a short time. It's very worthy and a pleasure to look at. I'll have to look into 'Deep Dream Generator' - it looks fun! |

An excellent composite. I agree with Jan regarding the chair, but it's still a fine image.
It's good to play with the blending modes - difference mode really works well for this. And your husband has a fine guitar - I have a black body, nylon string semi acoustic Takemine. A dream to play. |

We have a lot of fun images this month.
I agree with the previous comments regarding the street performer. I feel that the reflections could also be improved. I've used Flaming Pear - Flood 2, with minimal waviness, to give the reflections more of a 'water' effect.
Still a great image. Well done. |

This looks like a lot of fun and you've worked it well.
OK - so it looks like a toy, but you've brought it to life. I'm sure that's the intention and it works.
I like what Jan's done to it and I'm sure you could bring lots more elements into the image if you wanted to.
Well done - it's fun and that's what matters! |
