34 Oct 18 Reply I'm afraid I don't dress like the Goths - I'm scary enough without it! - but it's got to the stage where I know many of them like old friends (I send them images when they leave their e-mail addresses) and a bit of Yorkshire banter goes a long way to relaxing people. Oct 15th
34 Oct 18 Reply I agree that they look pasted on - all done in a bit of a hurry, so I deserve the criticism.
I tend to just play with the various bits within Photoshop, rather than go for instruction. It's a lazy way of learning and I may very well be missing a lot of tricks, but it seems to work for me. Saying that, there's a good article in this month's Journal which you may find useful.		 Oct 13th

I agree with Phil about the darkening of the spiral.
So what's wrong with spiders? - I find them fascinating and there are so many about at this time of year. We'll be getting our fair share of skeletons around Halloween too - it's the main Goth weekend of the year!
It's a good fun composition with lots of potential outcomes. Well done and thanks for putting a smile on my face (yet again!)		 Oct 13th

I like the 'clean' version too. It's always worth considering how it's going to be displayed and with our black background it really stands out.

34 Oct 18 Comment An excellent image with a 'different' treatment. Well done. Using the color negative preset was a good idea.
Another easy way to create a group is to select all the layers you want in the group and drag them onto the 'New Group' icon at the bottom of the layers palette.
