Well done with yet another entertaining, imaginative image.
Lots of interesting tips too - the trees look interesting.
I've a small nit pick too - the stairs above the cloud line should be getting smaller, but there are a few just above the clouds which have got bigger. Of course it shouldn't matter in a fantasy, so just ignore that! I like it just as it is!!
Thanks for bringing smiles into our lives. |

I like this a lot. Your composition is excellent and it's well worked.
Have you sorted out Topaz ReMask? It could be that you weren't using an 8 bit image (easy enough to sort with Image > Mode > 8 Bits/Channel), or it was still a background image and locked (double Click on the Layer to convert it to a layer), or maybe you need to reload the programme from Topaz Labs.
Several layers can be locked together by holding Ctrl while you select them, then hit the layer link icon at the bottom of the layer stack. |

Well captured and worked. I'm afraid we had too much cloud to see it well - it was almost over before we saw it. Did you use the camera auto function for the 2 minute exposures?
I like what you did for the image, but I'd have preferred the sky to be darker.
I used selective colour adjustment layers - several times - to darken the cyan and blue with a layer mask to bring back the village from your final image - of course this is only my preference. Yours is excellent.

I like the sense of movement that you've created here and I like the crop. The wave round the mother's feet is particularly good.
While you've brought the mother and child back from the original, the 'shadow' from the blur is still there. Personally, I like this - it shows movement with the shadow but the mother and child are still plainly seen.
A more closeup original would have given even better results, but you've worked this well. Well done. |
