It probably took about 3 hours all together, but I don't think time matters when you're enjoying yourself (unless you forget about the washing up!) |

Thanks Christine. It's gone down well in exhibitions too. |

Definitely not cropped to death! Your selection is excellent.
The treatment works well too. My only preference would have been to retain some of the detail of the flowers - it would have given more contrast in the image (detail / blurred) and given a better focal point in the image.
Did you crop it to lose the black and blues? |

You've done a fine job of the blending, giving the image some mysticism.
I'm not sure that the texture you've used suits the overall image, particularly the line on the path which I feel draws the eye away from the rest of the composition. Of course that's only my opinion - you've still created an excellent image! |

Your treatment has brought out lots of detail and the flip works well. The texture in the background wasn't evident in the original (maybe it's because of the small size of the original), or did you add that?
I feel that, as it stands, it's an interesting image. I'd prefer to add something more to give it more depth, so I've added a couple more blurred jellyfish, just for the composition. |

You've brought out some interesting shapes with your treatment. The cropping is good and I like the flipping / joining.
An excellent result. Well done
I think it could be made better with a Gradient Map - I've used a Gold / Selenium map from the 'metals' folder, but there are so many others that would also work. |
