With this image Peter, I definitely prefer the colour version. I very much like the b/w background and the colour of the foreground. |

John as mentioned earlier, the image was well seen. I believe it has a lot of potential. I would try to separate the branches from the background, perhaps by a larger f-stop? |

Hi Michael, I really like the composition of your image. It's difficult to take such an image under such bright conditions. If it were my image I would see how lightening the middle portion impacts the image. I don't think I would lighten the sky. The haloes are an issue, and require some work as pointed out earlier.

Ed I am not sure I agree with an increase in the contrast. It would appear that you captured this image under bright sunlight, judging from the strong shadows. Perhaps the cropping is a little tight on the two sides? The clouds are amazing! |

I have to agree with everybody, well done image Ian. I don't have an issue with the hair being cropped. |
