Thanks Peter. I like the colour version. That's surprising for me, as I love B/W. |

Hi Ian, at the risk of being repetitive the earlier comments are spot on. You image was taken under difficult lighting conditions, that being said, you did a good job with it.
To address Ella's comments about the higher iso, I have shot a 10,000 with my Nikon D5, and had minimal grain. The newer cameras handle the higher iso well.

An interesting photo Peter. I have been looking at it for some time now. Its technically very well done, however, it not to my taste. I wouldn't mind seeing the colour version. |

John as was noted above, you did capture city life in your image. I would agree that the highlights are distracting. Perhaps you could have used HDR? |

Ed I would agree with Ella and Peter. The lead in line of the fence is very effective.
Peters rendition, did improve your image in my view. |

Rashid, congratulations, and all the best to you and your wife.
As mentioned, I as well find the background takes a from your image. I have some issues with the eyes, she appears to be squinting? |

You certainly generated a lot of discussion Ella! I feel it was a very good attempt at a close up. I believe your image would benefit from increased DOF. Perhaps on your next attempt you will try "staking" a number of images? |
