I think I would darken it up just a bit and get a bit more contrast in there. It seems a bit on the light grey side and not using all the tones a grey available. the composition is great. I might even darken the pupil a little. |

I see someone else commented on the shadows on the bird's back and lightened them. Really nice recovery of a busy shot into something pretty. |

I think I would cut the foreground in half and the sky in half to make the sand ridges pop more. Maybe let a little more grain show thru in the sand, especially nearer the top of the dune. |

The blue just makes me shiver with cold. I love the dog looking at the sunrise. To me the tone is just right and helps tell the story. |
