Kristi,
Thanks for y our advice. I actually changed it from the original because Nevada Wier, a well-known travel photographer commented on the original and though I should crop in, which is what I did. I have to say, I kind of like the original myself. |

The troll is a lighting hairy fellow. Good seeing on your part. Giving it more gold and yellow certainly helps with the treasure concept. I like that you see differently from most photographers and find interesting compositions from something that most wouldn't bituce twice. He's well-placed in the frame and the circle creat4ed by the leaves and other objects around the frame really focuses our attention on your troll and his treasure. It's a fascinating picture that really holds one's attention. |

That's one electric poppy. A lot of pizzazz. You could kind think of it as magic couch for fairies. I like the balance of colors Maybe the frame could have picked up the hotter colors such as the reds and oranges. Nice job, Rick. |

Christine,
Your image is saved by the lone plane in the sky. Without that, it would be way too bland for me. The boats remind me of a flotillas of battleships during WWII, showing my age. I guess this is a little too simple for me. I would like to see a more exciting water and a more exciting sky.. Sorry, I wasn't there and I can imagine how it affected you.

I love what you did about the motion off her dress. I also noted that the guitar and other decoration which bolsters the concept were available to seee to add to the concept. I think yo've really caught it. |

Thanks, Brian. I was looking for your feedback. I think you''re right about the inside down rain That's the way it came in but I think the heavier part of the droop should be down. I like the idea of having the drops at various opacities and I will try that Also I do not like th shape of the big drops nd will try to alter it. I guess the corrections are for next time. |

Mike, We have a member of our camera clubs who really loves to use tomatoes in his composites. We have a going thing about that. The strong colors are wonderful and you have done a great job getting the tomatoes into the dice. This is an example of good creative thinking. I use diced tomoatoes all the time in cooking so I see where you got the concept.
Thanks for putting it together for us. I have no problem with appropriating ne side of the dice to show us more tomatoes. |

Hazel,
Very appealing, good angle. The sharper image is more pleasing to me, maybe because the flowers really stand out. Great placement in the frame. Looking at your original, I think the reason I like it better is that white burst around it which its it off from the background more that you final produce. Nice work, in any case. |

It was a great idea to try to make a kaleidoscope of a lovely seascape taken in Amsterdam. I think I do like the one on the right better as it is a bit simpler. It took a lot of work t o make these so wonderfully. I wouldn't change anything but your original was also really very attractive. But then, we wouldn't have anything creative, would we? |

Skip,
A true labor of love, lots of work on your part. The final color and the duplication of the image but lighter work well. I can see you did a lot of thinking in creating this. I am wondering if it would have made sense to include some of the lighting, which is intriguing for me. You would have needed a different title then, no doubt.
It was a lot of work, but well worth it. Aside from the question of lights, I have no other changes to suggest. Nice work. |

Interesting concept. I would like to see the first image still sharper than you have it so we can really see what you started with. It's fun to make your creative in-camera. The choice of gray as the connecting color is good, doesn't rob the attention of the viewer. I'm thinking to have made either a few fewer images or made the differences between them more dramatic. The last image was using a circular motion. Maybe a few more of those. All in all, it's very creative thinking on your part and something that the rest of us could try out to see how it works on other situations. |

Steve,
I have changed it again, but this time I think I mix4d up the one you wanted to be your final produce and the other kaliedescope one. Since one or two were a little too big I had to reduce the size in Photoshop. I apologize for any mixup. Hopefully, the commentators will exchange the two in their minds when making comments. |
