Nicely seen.... good composition, and good use of structure, the background doesn't bother me as it is of nice soft focus |

I Like the way you treated the image..with the frame and all,and as Stve said the bird almost looks three dimensional....The dark line on he right side of the bird bothers me a bit...you might find it useful to enlarge the image to where you can see the pixels and the clone the feathers over the dark line...it's worth a try since it is such a nice image |

Not seeing the grass stumps that were removed....I feel what really is needed in this image of great texture is some thing in the immediate foreground to give it a more depth of field feeling to the image |

It was a nice opportunity...and you made the most of it since there is no way to control the situation at the time....the blue cast just led to the mood as blue is a cool color temperature wise |
