Good ideas about cropping from both you and the others. Then the puppy's eyes are right in the center of the picture. He is such a cute puppy, hope I run into him this summer when I go walking down by the lake. I might even try sky replacement on this one. |

A great pose and I agree with the others about removing the stray piece of hair. I also agree with the comment about toning down the white clothing under her chin. Then my eye would go straight to her eye and face. |

I like the sky you chose. I have yet to try sky replacement on any of my pictures, but this past weekend I took several pictures of just skies with the intention to experiment with them. |

A great portrait shot and I really like his expression. Also like your sepia version more than the original color version as there is nothing to distract me from his expression. His cheek might be a bit overexposed, but my eyes go straight to his eyes. I also like the muted color scarf as it sort of anchors the picture. |

Interesting picture, but I, too, would also crop off the partial building on the left. My eye goes back and forth between the interior of the church and the partial building on the left. I think the altar and pews would be the main focus with the partial building cropped off. |

Interesting photo and comments. I have heard about this technique every so often, but not tried it to date. |

Amazing opportunity and cropping photo totally acceptable. Interesting information on how they mate, never knew any of that. |
