Several people said their eyes were drawn to the sun reflection in the water and they suggested different ways of cropping to make that the center of interest. Another person said to lower the camera position to highlight the ice. My thoughts now are that there are two pictures here, one of the water with sunlight and one of the boat slips and horizon. |

At first glance, I didn't get that it was an owl. But the more I looked at it, I liked the abstract quality of what you did with cropping it and the high key look. I think it would look great printed in a large size and framed in a black frame and entered into a juried photography show. |

I like her pose and the hair blowing. I am not that familiar with what you did to enhance it but I prefer the coloring of the original picture. To me, it looks more real. |

I like the composition and the cropping you did. Also like the monochrome effect. The radial blur looks like a bit too much and I would try lowering the intensity of it. |

I definitely like your cropped version better and also like the color enhancement. This photo has a lot of potential for more work to turn it into a good abstract photo. |
