27 Sep 23 Comment I am a bit confused by this image: the wheel shows nice, soft movement. But the out of focus buildings (?) do not seem to go with the moving wheel. Maybe, it is were possible to to shoot from a different position, where the buildings were less prevalent, that confusion would not arise. But I like the idea of experimenting with slow shutter speeds. Sep 27th
