Lauren, I live in a retirement home. Understand what you mean to say, but as a artistic image, I still would like to see the horse without that that machine. Now, if this is solely meant as a representational image(the one old people can remenis about), then leave it in. |

One suggestion: if you use Lightroom or Camera Raw, use the Shadow slider to bring ou s bit more detail in the rather dark skin of the animal. |

Rotating the image was a good idea. I would suggest cropping part of the bottom part of the image. It is too static in comparison to the action of the walker higher up. |

I like the composition: the rocks in the foreground leading my eye over the water to the background, the mountains and the sky. The color version does not seem to have that peaceful feeling that the mono version has. Good idea to have it converted. |

I like the horse, even though it is a toy horse if gives the impression of movement. I understand that the black "post" is an integral part of the setup, but I would suggest cloning it out. |

The original is a good image, but rather conventional if you know what I mean. The conversion to mono resulted in a unique rendition of that flower, also because simplified the background. Great job! |

A well composed image. The monochrome version brings out the detail effectively and your subsequent improvement makes it an even better image. |
