I like Brian's expression and the way he is presented. I would darken the left bottom corner. Also, I would experiment with his face, meaning to make it a bit lighter so that it comes closer to he color of his hands. |

If it were not for the title I would not have guessed that the insect was the main subject as my eye keeps busy on the red, out of focus, flower. I like the crop that you did as it clearly concentrates on what "bugs' you. |

An interesting story. The pebbles are well done, with their colors coming through nicely. I find the background a bit strong and the three rectangulars at the top too prominent. |

An interesting subject. It being such an antique I would have thought that a B/W conversion with rather strong contrasts would bring out the "character" of the subject more clearly. |

I like that the outlines of the hut and car seem to run "in tandem" so to speak. I agree that monochrome is a good idea. It's not clear to me what the main subject is. Taken from a different position you might have been able to get two good shots, with either the car or the hut. |

Quite a spectacular image. I would suggest cropping the image a bit, i.e. from the left and at the bottom. |
