27 Aug 20 Comment I have a bit of a problem understanding what I am looking at: the title suggests that the background is snow. However the shiny background and reflection of the sleds makes that difficult to accept. Not sure how to solve that. Another point is that the image is very sharp which normally is a good thing, but in this case a slower shutter speed would have given the illusion of speed. Aug 9th
27 Aug 20 Comment It is a good documentary image of the problems we face at present with the virus.I suggest finding a title that enforces this.
It is my understanding that macro is a 1:1 rendition of a subject, which in this case would be difficult to accomplish.		 Aug 9th
27 Aug 20 Comment As you indicated, the field is distracting because it is the brightest part of the image. You could darken the field part and also making this a horizontal image as the top part does not add much to the main subject, the still. And you could include the words "lavender fields" in the title to enforce the connection between the outside and the inside. Aug 9th
27 Aug 20 Comment I understand what you are trying to do, but as the flower occupies almost all of the image, I find it difficult to consider the bee as the main subject. Maybe if you change title to something like "a bee visit", that it becomes clear that the bee is the main subject. But I would still try to sharpen the flower a bit more. Aug 9th
27 Aug 20 Comment The image is clear, with fine detail and interesting colors. I have difficulty in recognizing what I am looking at. It is obviously a bird, judging from the upper part of the image with an eye, but it is almost an abstract and not clear what the image actually represents. Aug 9th
