Joan, I was standing on a bridge above the track and the train was coasting in to the station on the other side so was probably travellinf at 10mph. |

What a fun image I would never have considered using a shot of a flower in this way. Well done. |

I hope you took lots of shots of the horses. This sort of action almost demand using continuous shooting. Do you have one that would include all the horse on the right hand side?
I really do want to see the horse coming into the picture. |

Great imagination to combine these three elements. I jusy wish I also had that ability!! The image is very noisy. I put it through Topaz Denoise 1 and it removed much of the noise but still left a large are around the crosses. Having done that I am of the view that mono treatment is more appropriate. |

Welcome Jan and apologies for being late with my comment - it's been a busy month for me.
The misty effect works very well as does the muted colour range. The frame worries me on two counts, the width of the central divider is for me a little over powering. then the texture effect seems our of kilter with the subject matter.

A good effort Bob. Your background certainly makes the loco stand out but it now seems to be floating rather than running on rails. |

I love the simplicity of the composition and the colour combination. That Topaz filter is also one of my favourites. |
