Brushes have always been a part of the creative toolbox, so no problem there. I just wish I could use them as effectivly as you. |

Suzy a very warm welcome to our group even though you start with a wintry image!
You have certainly achieved your goal with an arreting image. Your work drawing the trees is excellent and would probably been overlooked had you not alerted us. Perhaps there is too much cloud at the top and I would be inclined to crop down a lttle. Your three cardinals are a little lost; could they be a touch larger with perhaps one on the snow where it would stand out?

Bob, thanks for your contribution so soon after your hospital holiday. It is an OK image but you knew that as evidenced by your further work to add creative effects. Both are interesting. We need to keep exploring the tools available to us now. |

Great composite and all power to your elbow for holding that sketch in your mind and finally giving it your own take. I too would like to see something for the girl to fall into - armchair, basket or trampoline? |

A very clever and amusing image, the product of a fertile mind and skillfull use of tools available to a Photo Artist.
Moving the rowers just a little nearer or perhaps just entering the plughole might be an option? |

I agree entirely with your two definitions. |

Gunter, I think you have done the right thing with my image. The blue areas were distracting. So I will try another version. |
