I must have missed this girl on my visits to Hay on Wye as it is something that I, though perhaps not all members of this group, would point my camera at. Just a pity that her feet are cut off. Your combination of the other background elements has made it a little surreal. 		Oct 8th
18 Oct 24 Comment Joan, well done for looking back to your old images. This must have been very original when you first presented it years ago. It is still every eye catching with those vivid colours. I offer an altenative version which exagerrates the hight of the buildings. Oct 8th

18 Oct 24 Comment Bob, you have transformed a snapshot into an eye catching altered reality image. using the blues has transformed the valley are into what now seem like mist. It is a half and half image where the sky is dominant and Gunter has offered an alternative version. I have taken it a little further by increasing saturation using only the yellow channel so creating a stronger cotract with the blues. Oct 8th
18 Oct 24 Comment Gunter, The creativity in your original was in your intent when pressing the shutter to use intentional camera movement. So in my book it qualifies as creative. Your reworking takes it a step further, as does that offered by Bob. Oct 8th

18 Oct 24 Reply That is your choice Gary; I have a different view about photographing other folks work. Do you take pictures of skyscapers, cars etc etc which are all designed someone else???
