Hello Guy,
This one jumped out as I was browsing this month's images. Love the colours and the expression on the girl's face.
Must put this on my bucket list od places to visit. |

I have no problem with your use of this piece of artwork because you have added your own touches with the pelican and the effects in the sky and perhaps the coloured nail. |

A fun image of this cartoon like character who looks as he would fit well into a childrens story book. Perhaps he could be show to be spinning too, or is that too much to ask? |

You remind us that you do not have to travel long distances to find subjects to photograph. Good work selecting this small part of the original shot and creating an interesting background. The oil paint filter has worked well and I notice that you appear to have reduced the effect on the basket. Great piece of work. |

Debby, a very warm welcome to our group.
I do like the painterly effect in this image which is a mixture of in camera work using the lensbaby (which I have never used) and the two filters. Perhaps the blurring created by the lens is a little too strong? For my taste I would saturate the sky so that the blue contrasts with the green of the tree. |

Great shot Angela, especially as it was taken through your kitchen window. |
