Hello Guy,
When in the area a couple of years ago I saw the signs for the Glass Center but did not have enogh time as I was more interested in Roker pier and lighthouse!
I think you were correct to convert to mono for me it cries out for that treatment. The big cloud does not bother me but if it is a concen why not crop down toleave a panoramic image. |

Thank you for your suggestion which helps a lot. Just goes to show how we all view images differently. |

Well, this is a very different image with deeper colours as compared with your original and useing the background to fill the corners works a treat. Could you do the same with your original to exclude the white corners yet retain the softer pastle colours? |

A great idea to combine these images into a story.Sometimes it is difficult to know when to stop adding to our images and perhaps you have fallen into this trap? It is the coloured spectrum which bothers me, especially where the blue changes the colour of the raging water just above the boat. Pehaps brushing away selective areas would help? |

Jim, you must have endless patience to select all those flowers individually. I do wonder if the sky was a useful addition. Your original two is very graphic and with the addition of a black keyline which would balance the white sky, would in my opinion be a winner. |

A warm welcome to our group.
Great imagination to create this image from basic simple shots. I especially like the way the twirl filter has ceated those lines from the jug. I am with Jim regards the corners which being so bright distract me. |

This is a very interesting image with the petals blending well and showing a wide colour range. I would really like to see it much brighter and took the liberty of making that change by boosting the yellow channel in hue/saturation. |
