18 Aug 23 Comment I do like the treatment which reminds me of a technique I used many years ago in early versions of Photoshop (5.5) called the black line technique, the details of which now evade my ageing brain.
Yours is a very busy image with so much to look at and I feel the technique would be more appropriate to a simpler image.		 Aug 12th
18 Aug 23 Comment Good work here Jim reducing the numder of boats to the 'required' ( by some judges) odd number. The filter has worked well and removing it from the central boat has retained just a little detail which I think is often important with this type of treatment. Aug 12th
18 Aug 23 Comment We all have those near misses when taking action shots! However you have made a great image from your 'missed shot'. My only suggestion is that I would like to see some detail in the riders faces. Jim has achieved this by brightening the whole image, but it may have been better to be more selective and concentrate just on the faces.

18 Aug 23 Comment It is abstract and works very well because you have given the grasses a fluid touch. Being pick I would just crop a litte off left and tight edges t removethe vertical lines which are probably a result of the processing. Aug 12th
