Good to see you are still busy creating great images. What a super shot Guy, it holds up well against other shots of this location I have seen over the years, but never visited. I am happy with the people but I think I would have chosen a dark vignette as a finishing touch. |

So , you have no problem using someone elses artwork - stained glass windows - and incorporating in your images. My view is that many images we take are the result of someone elses work - cars, buildings, street furniture etc etc. The trick is not just to produce a straight record of the object but to add something of your own creativity and that is just what I have done. |

Joan, this is all Mike's own work as I thought was made plain in his comments. Otherwise he would have shown the original images which were his stating point as he always does. I suspect he put many hours into their creation. |

Interesting to read about the geology. You have very cleverly turned a record shot into a vert crative image. I especially like the pattern in the up turn which reminds me of tyre marks in mud or snow. The square format also works well. |

Your work on the buttery is breath takingly good and feels like it was already like that. As with others I find the background very distracting. Is it possible to reduce it's opacity or perhaps just replace it all together? |

Great fun and great images. You have caught some wonderful expressions in the faces of your subjects. I would just like to see them held together as a tryptic. |

What a grumpy fellow he is! You caught the expressive face well, though this more a record shot than a creative one. |

A well seen image. We so often walk through puddles without realising their photographic potential.I don't think you need to anything other that add a keyline to hold the image together. |

That was a good idea Mike, arranging them in a panel of 16. Never thought of that. |
