5 Jul 20 Reply So I took a peek at your image Mark. Very impressionistic result from an image which many of us would have been tempted to bin. I am also a fan of Topaz which offers so much creativity. Jul 13th

18 Jul 20 Reply Thank you Mark; glad you enjoyed my image which just started as a bit fun. Experimentation can often lead to interesting results. Jul 13th
18 Jul 20 Comment This reminds me very much of David Hockney's 'Joiners' which did the rounds in the 1908's. I remember making a few myself by shooting a whole 36 exp cassette of colour film and overlapping the enprints together. As I remember Hockney did not use frames around the individual segments so that makes the difference in this image. The frames should really be the same thickness though. Jul 12th
18 Jul 20 Comment A very warm welcome to our group Jen and what an impressive image for your first submission. I think that the two images being different actually works and helps to tell the story by implying that the friend is far away in the foogy distance. I do agree that each of the images would stand alone and I hope you have many more shots from that creative session. Jul 12th
18 Jul 20 Comment You have taken members suggestions for improving an alerdy eye catching image into something even more impressive. That's just great and just what Digital Dialogue is all about - hints and tips so that we can learn from each other. Jul 12th
18 Jul 20 Comment What fun! Very creative piece of work well put together and bound to make us smile. Jen has commented on the moon and this is certainly a bit dreary compared with all the other elements. Jul 12th
18 Jul 20 Comment Afraid this does not really work for me. Does it need something extra like eyes or feelers to make it look like some sort of bug? Jul 12th
18 Jul 20 Comment I enjoyed the strong composition and the treatment you have applied. I do prefer the revised version without the sun spot. Jul 12th

20 Jul 20 Comment I do like your colourful transformation of what appears to be a rather dreary mural - perhaps the weather has taken it's toll. Keeping just a little detail in the main figures face is a great help. Jul 1st
