18 Apr 20 Reply Well done Mike that changes my perception from butterfly to bird. Apr 16th
18 Apr 20 Comment What a super image. the mix of colour and mono work well and the foliage is fanastic. I would leave the two runners in as I feel that it gives a sense of competiveness. See how the left hand lad seem to be putting all his enery into persuing the leader. Don't we all read images differently? Apr 8th
18 Apr 20 Comment Reminds me of a butterfly, just needs the addition of antennae. I feel there needs to be a little more space at the bottom then there might be no need to make it taller as Jim suggests. Apr 8th
18 Apr 20 Comment Great thinking with these elements found in all our kitchens and well put together.. Apr 8th
18 Apr 20 Comment You have put a good deal of work into this image and that is to your credit, with good colours. However I find the contour features to be too fussy as they cover the whole image. I would consider removing it from the two figures but leaving the effect on their arms and skulls - I don't know if this is possible in Paintshop Pro. Apr 8th
18 Apr 20 Reply Thanks Mike - you got it! Apr 8th
18 Apr 20 Reply It was my intention that this image would catch the eye and so I deliberately made the reds OTT. This is altered reality and if the reds were more subdued it would in my view have less punch. Everyone to their own of course. Apr 8th

20 Apr 20 Comment Love this one Jerry. AI remix produces some great results and you have turned your grab shot into a real work of art. Have you considered just turning it into mono perhaps using Nik siler effects? It might produce another great variation. Apr 16th

40 Apr 20 Comment Andrew this one took me back many years as my first job on leaving school was just outside York and my lodgings were in the city. No money then for photography!
I think you have done a good job of this panorama and am not worried that it might not meet purist standards with correct verticals etc. Also glad we are in the same 'rarely carry a tripod' club!

50 Apr 20 Comment Many years since I noted down the number 70000 in my train spotting days. But remember seeing Britannia and many more of the class in the sixties.
You have caught this at just the right place and the sinuous curve of the rails adds something a little extra.

81 Apr 20 Comment Great result Angela and you were rewarded by your perseverance. Of couse plenty of time for this sort of activity now we are all largely housebound. Do you have any dominos with coloured spots or could you add some to the one still standing? Apr 16th
