18 Dec 19 Comment A great idea here with a striking result. I would suggest trying to remove that central dark band which splits the image as it looks out of keeping to me. I would much prefer to see you person in that position. Dec 12th
18 Dec 19 Comment Very artistic result Jennifer so you have achieved your objective. You could try using the sharpen tool on the top if you wish to follow Mike's suggestion. I'm happy with it, but would do a little work on the lower edge perhaps even cropping up to remove the flower entirely. Yes, I also love the mono version. Dec 12th
18 Dec 19 Comment A splendid image Mike. The one problem I find with the polar co-ordinates filter is the one spotted by Jennifer - that hard line which often occurs at the join of the two edges. Just a little cloning would disguise this here. Dec 12th
18 Dec 19 Comment Great Christmas card. The original greatly enhanced by the many starbursts.
Happy Christmas greeting to you and yours.

18 Dec 19 Comment Perhaps this is just a tad overworked (I know that's rich coming from me!!!) It is the faces where I find the real problems occur in this type of work as they leave all sorts of strange effects. My solution is to make sure you work on a duplicate layer. Then after applying your chosen effect create a layer mask so you can brush away the effect on the faces so that they look more believable. Dec 12th
18 Dec 19 Reply Jerry adding the frame is quite easy and doesn't take a lot of time. You must be on a duplicate layer, the click the 'fx'icon and a drop down list of options appears. My favourite is 'Inner glow' - just tweak the settings to suit. Dec 7th

20 Dec 19 Comment Just proves you do not need expensive kit to produce super images just imagination to see them in the first place. Very eye catching and if you take a peek not wholly disimilar to my G18 offering this month. Love the colours you have created. Dec 2nd

81 Dec 19 Comment Great result Angela - we have had plenty of rainy days in Wales haven't we! But they have not inspired me to work on table top images despite good intentions. This is a fine piece of work but I am looking for a keyline to hold it together. Dec 2nd
