18 Apr 19 Comment Andrew,
At my camera club last night I saw a technique which might be applicable to your image. The white subject like you bodies had no detail but the photographer made a selection and then applied the oil paint brush in PS. It proved quite effective. Might be worth exploring?

18 Apr 19 Comment Fractalius does have a tendancy to go a bit over the top in some of it's renderings. I like the effect but would consider lowering the opacity to allow a little more definition of the figurine to show through. Apr 10th
18 Apr 19 Comment What a great idea and a reminder that our hobby is fun.Your blending of heads and bodies has been skilfully done. The plain background makes a great impovement.
Thanks for making us laugh.

18 Apr 19 Comment A super image and so well put together. Bird in the right position I think but is it just a little too big? especially when comparing it to the background trees.
Not too keen on Jennifers suggestion as it makes it too dark, so I would leave that alone.

18 Apr 19 Reply Mark I have seen these things but did not know what they were called - thanks for enlightening me.
A very eye catching image and strong colours. The four corners are a good way of filling empty space. You might consider rotating them so that they each point to the corner?

18 Apr 19 Comment A sobering reminder of the holocaust. I think I may be the only one of us who is not concerned about the lack of detail in the bodies. To me that suggests the emptying of human life from these souls.I find it a very strong social statement. Apr 10th
18 Apr 19 Comment A very warm welcome to our group Jennifer.
The crop works well and you have produced an interesting set of variations. That's often a very useful way of seeing how far you can go with manipulations.
My personal preference is for the version with the yellow stamens which I feel adds a bit of zing. I wonder what others will think.

18 Apr 19 Comment Mark, what is a slinky? Can you send an original for comparison purposes? Apr 6th

20 Apr 19 Comment Great image Jerry - you are also good at using Topaz glow. Choosing to create a mirror image was a great idea.

64 Apr 19 Comment The reflections and textures in the glass work well in monochrome and yet I think the original colour version is more attention grabbing. Apr 24th
