Yes you could darken that area and it would the balance the left hand side. |

We are glad that you have joined Group 18 Kerstin. A very striking image of your fairy. Your treatment has given some wonderful details in body and arms but I would like to see the eyes brightened. Personally I would crop off the right hand side and resize so that the image is perfectly square.Howeve I appreciate that many people like to see negative space. |

Never seen a Kittybird before!! But this is a wonderful and imaginative image and as Mike says it makes us smile and reminds us that our hobby is fun. Agree with Mark a slightly tighter crop would help. |

We need to see images which stretch our imagination and this certainly does. The image is seamless and fun. It should do well in exhibitions - have you tried it? |

What interesting shapes appear in swirling smoke but you need an artists eye to see the shapes relating to human form and you have done this so well. Clever piece of work. |

This is a very good use of Topaz and I especially appreciate the way in which the details of the pier appear as white edges. A minor detail is the speck in the water just right of the figures. I see on the original that it a a bouy and could easily clone out. |
