23 Jul 17 Reply My image is more-or-less an abstract image of a burst of fireworks. Richard's example is not my image...it even confused me at first.
Abstracts don't usually tell a story....they usually are pleasing to the eye. Maybe not this time.

23 Jul 17 Comment I found taking images of fireworks even more complicated than you explained. I felt I just had to get lucky....forget composition.
Good job!

23 Jul 17 Comment Very clever artwork! I like your creativity. I would mute that gray background....it is kind of too much for me. Fun ideas, though. Jul 28th
23 Jul 17 Comment The tower in the background helps show dimension but we really don't know that she is on a cherry-picker. I wish there was a vantage point that will show the elevation. I am sure that is easier said than done. Good subject! Jul 28th
23 Jul 17 Comment I like the story this image tells. It is a bit busy. I would remove the boat on the left, but leave the dock. Just clean it up with the eraser tool. There are several possibilities.

23 Jul 17 Comment This is a nice sharp image of the lizard but there is a lot of background all around. I would try a crop that moves in tighter on the subject. Jul 28th
23 Jul 17 Comment I didn't see the smiley face either. Maybe it is that symmetry that makes this image so interesting. Using the filter has changed the rusty old metal into beautiful jewel tones. I like it! Jul 28th
23 Jul 17 Reply I do like your image...it tells a better story and shows more perspective! Jul 22nd
