I think that you have done a great job in capturing, such a glorious setting sun. It is a pity about the bald sky on the left. May, I suggest cropping off 2 inches of this, so that there is more emphasis on the golden colours. You could even crop a snippet off the top. |

I did not realise that this was a black and white copy. I have used the color variations in photoshop to change B & W pics before. There are six variations and they can be used in various ways, to change or re-color mono pics and others as well. |

This in a faded black and white, looks uninteresting to me. How about going into photoshop color variations, where you can play with reds, greens and blues, darken and lighten, to produce an entirely different approach. |

Hello Carroll. I think what you have done, has brought out her expression. It tells a storey and makes us wonder what she has seen. |

I like the final model, because it has more impact.
Superlative! Even the model in the front has a pleasing little smile. |

By contrast, here is a copy of a model I took on a shoot near Lake Vernwy in Wales UK. I call it Rachel on the Rocks, and it has had two accepts at internationals, as yet. |

Another thought. If you clone out the planes and their darker smoke trails. Would the picture mean something different without them ?
How about also colouring it all blue perhaps ?
How many of you see the ghostlike figure leaning across from the right ? There is also a cuddly toy rising up in the centre.

You were lucky to have been there on a clear day. I like the way in which the cone like shape of the roots have been caught.
It all makes a lovely shape. May I suggest cropping a quarter of the bald sky off the left to give more attention to the trees. Another thought. If you crop just round the tree to remove the reflection in the water, you get a different picture, which, funnily enough, is more clear. |

The smoke trails show the antics of the planes before the final upserge |

Adding the filter has improved the detail of the vases, but some of this is lost by adding the white border. Depends on what you want. |

To get rid of the shadows, you could use small versions of the clone tool. I still prefer, the more natural body colors of the original |

I see that you are adding a touch of mystery by including that border. If you cup your thumb and forefinger and look through the hole, to cancel the border, you will see that the objects and leaves are sharper as, as if by magic. |

An interesting picture of some of the body lines. It is interesting that the ears are pointing in different directions. This is typical for when they are in open habitat, they have to keep alert because of possible danger. |

This makes a lovely picture with so many gulls. They are everywhere. May I suggest cropping the left so that the tree there is on the edge of the frame, matching the one on the right. Then remove some of the bald sky by cropping the top to just above the aerial. |

This takes me back to my Wartime flying training with the US Navy, where I was sent by the British Royal Air Force. Primary training was on Boeing Stearman biplanes, which included airobatics like this. I can still remember how to do a snap roll. |

The pose is typical and shows her quite well.
Pity about the unsuitable lighting, because there are shadows under her breast, elbow, groin and bottom. |
