23 Mar 18 Reply I should have added that the Mono version has more potential. It shows more of the spirit of the young lady.
It would be nice if the rear side of her hat could be darkened.

23 Mar 18 Comment Having had another look at this, I think that it has more potential. It gives her a slightly more mischievous look, which could be increased with the addition of two small highlights in the eyes. Mar 26th
23 Mar 18 Comment A little comment. I see that you people on your side of the pond, use the old English past tense of "gotten". We just say GOT over here. Mar 17th
23 Mar 18 Comment A fanfastic shot. Everything is so sharp, even the vegetation below the bird. The display of the white feathers is so perfect. Mar 9th
23 Mar 18 Comment A lovely scene. You were lucky to be there at the right time to get the two lines of birds together. I like the golden colour effect. Would it be possible to darken this a tad to make the color more intrusive ? I also wonder about cropping the bottom to just above the waterside vegetation, to centralist the two lines of birds more ? Mar 9th
23 Mar 18 Comment This is an interesting shot. If you had not mentioned "lighthouse" all sorts of other possibilities would have come to mind. Even turning it upside down. Mar 9th
23 Mar 18 Comment My thoughts are that the face, although pretty as it is, could do with toning down a bit. Then I would darken the lipstick a touch, to match the colour of the hat and top. Mar 9th
23 Mar 18 Comment An interesting re-composition. It is not just out of focus, but looks as though the separate parts have been collected and reconstructed to make to make the scene. Even the girl is made of bits and then there is an out of focus person at the right end. It is mind blowing. Mar 9th
23 Mar 18 Comment May I suggest cropping tightly round the butterfly, to emphasise the wonderful detail you have caught. This would also remove some of the distracting foliage Mar 7th
