I am from Group 23. I hope you don't me making a comment.
For me, the two pictures are entirely different. The right hand one is more of a family album shot, but that on the left tells a different storey. To coin a french saying, she is more of a coquet with a cheeky impish look. Would do well in the right Exhibition. |

Interesting ! I thought that it was only younger men and boys who played baseball. Can I tease you? I am in England, and over here it is a school girls game called rounders. |

It looks like part of the wailing wall at Jerusalem to me, where Christians congregate to say their prayers. It probably depends on time of day when there will be more along the whole of this which is a very long wall. I was privileged to be able to go there in WW 2, when on RAF Service. |

I cannot help wondering to which campaign this relates. Being in B & W, the Medal Ribbons do not look similar to those I have. |

I agree with all that is said. I cannot help feeling that the tendency of men to grow beards in this day and age, is copying the apes who are said to have been our forerunners in the beginning of life. |

The dialogue here is fascinating. It is a learning curve, which shows what can be achieved, in photoshop. |

I like Brian's version without the cactus on the left. It makes
a nice tidy picture for hanging on a wall. Perhaps with a crop off the top, it would make the scene harmonise better. |

My computer has been subject to a virus over the Easter weekend
I had to talk to my Bank Manager, who said it was a bogus company in Spain and told me to shut down. So...just having another look and I am fascinated by all the comments. |

Firstly, I would crop and reduce the foreground by about 4 inches, to give more prominence to the windmills. Then how about going into phptoshop > enhance > lighten to give a better view of the main Windmill.
You would need to be careful not to over lighten the effect of the clouds. |

The setting of the picture on the diagonal, with the large plant on the left and the other cacti receding into the distance on the right is good as it leads the eye across.
There is a slightly out-of-focus appearance, which, for me, adds a look of mystery again. It could well make a talking point for your viewers. |

An interesting shot of the old bridge. It gives an impression of leaning, yet the uprights are vertical. I keep looking along the length of the structure, expecting some small object to appear. Mysterious! |

The grimy look on his face makes me think that he is marine as opposed to RAF.
I think that you are right, Brian, to think of cutting him out and refitting him on a lighter less cluttered background. |

Pictures of these old stairwells fascinate me. I was interested to see the figure of the boy. Has he seen something weird? I wonder if it would be possible to turn him round, possibly by cloning, to make it as though he was trying to escape.
There is also a picture of a girl going rather cautiously. Has she also heard about the ghost / |

I have just sent this to the Atlantic Salon in the USA, with an altered title of IN FANTASY LAND. |
