Agreed your second image is better. Yes, you should crop a bit more from the right. It does tend to lack a centre of interest - you perhaps need a dog, or a child in the image, or even a sand castle?
Marilyn is correct - the sand does look a bit grainy, but then sand is grainy!! |

There are different approaches to Nature photography. In the UK, most judges would argue that the frog is "too big in the frame". However the texture and details in the frog are not good. Has it been blown up too far? |

Well balanced image with the reflections of the flowers nicely balancing the reflection of the swan, Would it be possible to get some more detail in the swan's feathers? |

Interesting image. It's always difficult to photograph from a moving boat, as we found out floating in a rubber boat in the Antarctic!
You could certainly nudge the crop a little on the left hand side, which might put the building a little better placed in the image. |

Nice, well caught image. Lots of different things to look at - reflections, mountains, hints of buildings and then suddenly one spots the man in the boat! |
