23 Dec 20 Comment Yes it would make a good Christmas card. We have ours ready for next year. As a fitting end to a terrible year we went to our allotment (community Garden to you lot) on Christmas Day and forked in some horse manure!! Dec 31st
23 Dec 20 Comment We photographers do like to take picture of funny things like rusting wrecks. The problem is always that junkyards are full of junk and not arranged for photographers. It is better with the background blurred. Dec 31st

23 Dec 20 Comment We are always being told that with images like this we should do some "gardening". It's a well chosen image, but the white stalk in front of the bud spoils the effect. It's probably too difficult to clone it out. If you can, and it's probably not possible, try to darken down the background Dec 5th
23 Dec 20 Comment We have been to Iceland many times. I think this is a picture of Þingvellir where the European and the American plates meet. Stand in the right spot and you can have one foot in America and the other in Europe. Dec 3rd
