Great shot - I am envious of you. Dave's dramatic shot works for me. |

Yes it would make a good Christmas card. We have ours ready for next year. As a fitting end to a terrible year we went to our allotment (community Garden to you lot) on Christmas Day and forked in some horse manure!! |

We photographers do like to take picture of funny things like rusting wrecks. The problem is always that junkyards are full of junk and not arranged for photographers. It is better with the background blurred. |

It could be cropped above the trees, but the area above the trees helps to set the scene and is interesting in itself, |

It's charming and touching image - well caught. I think you need to darken the background. The brightness and colour are a little distracting. Have you tried cropping left and right to remove some of the woodwork |

We are always being told that with images like this we should do some "gardening". It's a well chosen image, but the white stalk in front of the bud spoils the effect. It's probably too difficult to clone it out. If you can, and it's probably not possible, try to darken down the background |

We have been to Iceland many times. I think this is a picture of Þingvellir where the European and the American plates meet. Stand in the right spot and you can have one foot in America and the other in Europe. |
