I agree with losing some of the sea at the bottom of the image, as it lacks real interest. The sky and clouds are the most important part of this image. |

Atmospheric image suiting the subject chosen. I wonder whether using sepia might add to the "historic" feel? |

I've had a lot of "unintentional camera movement" images in my time - even managed to turn some into images that have been accepted in international exhibitions.
In our club, we have one of our monthly competitions next season as "Intentional Camera Movement" There are a lot of YouTube videos in this subject and I have selected a few on our club website, Go to http://hoylakephoto.org/comps/intentional-camera-movement/
You've certainly made an interesting image. I keep looking at it and finding different patterns. |

The only time we have been to Yosemite was in September and there was not much water in any of the falls. Without the tree, the image would be far less interesting. The tree and the fall together supplies the interest. |

I agree it's a good action shot. Blurring the not very attractive background above the hedge, improves the image and is OK in PID but not if you wanted to enter it in a PJ competition |

My concern is that if I take the stalk out, it shifts the butterfly too much to the left and we have a leaf susspended in mid-air |

I want to keep this image for Nature, so there is a limit to what I can do. |
